July 11- Worlds of fun!!
• Tickets sold at Price chopper for $31.99
• Meet at St. Luke’s at 10am, leave the park around 3:30pm
July 17-18- Lock-in (games, cook-out)
• Bbq food
• Games
• Movies
• Meet at 6pm, end at 9am
July 25-Crown center/ planetarium/ Jazz museum

• meet at St. Luke’s at 11am, lunch at crown center, museum after.
July 31- Theatre in the park (Wizard of Oz)
• Ticket prices are $8 for adults, $6 for Youth (ages 4-10) and children three and under are free.

All of the events we are doing this summer are open for you to bring friends! College students back over break are also welcome.

May 31-June 6- Senior high summer camp
June 7-June 13- Junior high summer camp
June 12- Bowling
June 19- T-bones game
June 27- zoo
No Fridays of Fun on July 3rd, enjoy celebrating our independence day!
July 11- Worlds of fun!!
July 17-18- Lock-in (games, cook-out)
July 25-Crown center/ planetarium/ Jazz museum
July 31- Theatre in the park (Wizard of Oz)

The days are getting longer. The weather is getting nicer. Here are the upcoming events for St. Luke's youth group!

April 24-26- New Beginnings (for grades 6-8) @ St. Michael's and all angels

*EDIT* May 10- Sunday Morning Service is recognition for the youth group! Come to church that morning, also no YG that night because of Mother's day!
May 18- Last YG of the year party!

June 7-13- Jr. High summer camp @ Camp wood/ Elmdale, KS
June 14-20- Intermediate summer camp @ Camp wood/ Elmdale, KS

Hey ya'll,

If it rains today, then we will go bowling instead of the zoo. Next Saturday we will go to the zoo. We will still go to the Nelson on the 8th.

Wow! We have got a GREAT lineup for summer events! Bring friends and lets have a good time!!!

COLLEGE STUDENTS ARE WELCOME AS WELL!

Here are the upcoming events:
June 1-7: Senior High Camp!
June 8-14: Junior High Camp!
June 27- Worlds of fun!
July 4- No Friday of Fun! Celebrate with your family!
July 11- KC Zoo! (as long as weather will allow, if not switch with July 18th)
July 18- Bowling! (if it rains on July 11, the zoo will be moved to Saturday, the 19th)
July 25- NO Friday of Fun! MissionPalooza!
Aug 1- HAPPENING! NO Friday of fun!
Aug 8- Nelson Art Museum Visit
Aug 15- Cook out/ Arts/Crafts/Games at The Luke
Aug 22- Regular youth group resumes

March/April

Wow! Can you guys believe that it's already almost the end of March?

Just a heads up on upcoming events!

There will be no youth group on the 23rd! Enjoy Easter with your family!

Also, the adult/mentor dinner is april 6th at 5pm-6:30pm.
if you have attended youth group this year you have a mentor!!!
If you haven't gotten any information about it, then chances are I have been trying to get ahold of you! Please contact me at youth@stlukes.net

March 14-15- Bump City Lock-In!
There WILL BE youth group March 16th!!
March 23rd- There will be no youth group--- HAPPY EASTER!!

Hey ya'll,
Well, sorry for the lack in updating. I had created a website on the stlukes.net address, however apparently it was not uploaded! Either way, I will update this for the time being while I can figure out what happened to the other website!

February and March are busy months!!

Feb. 22-23- 30 HR famine!- cost only $15 for the overnight! friends are allowed! It's at St. Luke's and will be lots of fun!
march 7-9- Happening #80- This one will be in the KC area and is headed by the awesome Laura Cook! I strongly suggest that if you are in grades 9-12 and haven't gone, GO!
march 14-15- Bump City Lock-in! Don't feel bad if you're not in HS yet! This event allows for you to come hang out and have a good time although the highschoolers are allowed to come too! Cost is $22, bring lots of friends!!!
March 23- NO YOUTH GROUP! Enjoy Easter with your family!

Can you believe that it is almost December? Whew! This semester is almost over with! There are many cool things coming up!

December 16th- Christmas/ White Elephant Party!!
December 23rd- No YG- MERRY CHRISTMAS!
December 30th- No YG- HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
January 12th- P3- a new event coming up!! Pasta, Prayer and Play! (hosted by the Luke! so bring friends...more info to come!!)
January 19-21- Miqra! (get those applications in by Jan. 1st to save $$)

And remember YG time changed to 5-6:30pm! Get home early enough to eat dinner and do your homework! Bring your parents along to go to the 5pm service!

Hey Ya'll!

Next week (October 28th) is the pumpkin carving/ costume contest! I look forward to seeing you all there! It's 3$ to carve a pumpkin!

The nomadic dinner is also coming up! It's Saturday, November 10th. It's 6$ and a whole lotta fun! Come to youth group for more info!
